Our Mystery Boxes are not pre-packed products. Each order is put together individually after purchase, with garments selected one by one based on the box, sizes and preferences provided.

SELECTION
Once your order is confirmed, the Retro Crew team hand-picks the garments for your Mystery Box based on the type of box purchased, your sizes and availability.
QUALITY CHECK
Each garment is checked individually before shipping to assess its quality, condition and suitability for the selection purchased.
PREPARATION
Only after selection and inspection are complete is your box packed and prepared for handover to the courier.
EVERY BOX
TAKES TIME.
Every Retro Crew Mystery Box is selected and assembled individually to order. Boxes are not prepared in advance: garment selection begins after your purchase is confirmed.
To allow for careful selection, garment checks and accurate sizing, orders are normally prepared and handed over to the courier within 7–10 business days.
Preparation times may vary depending on garment availability, the type and number of boxes purchased, and the overall volume of orders. Orders containing multiple boxes may take longer to prepare because each garment is selected individually.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.
TRACK YOUR
ORDER.
When your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive the available tracking information by email. A tracking number may be generated before the courier physically scans the parcel.
If you initially see a status such as “shipment registered”, “shipping information received” or “awaiting collection”, this means the shipment has been arranged and may still be awaiting pickup or its first scan by the courier.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are separate from Mystery Box preparation times and begin when the parcel is physically handed over to the courier.
For shipments within Italy, delivery normally takes 2–3 business days after the courier receives the parcel. International shipments normally take 3–5 business days.
Times may vary depending on the destination, the time of year and the courier’s operations. If there is an issue with your shipment, the Retro Crew team is available to help.
