Can I request a return?
Yes. If you would like to request a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your request.
Our team will provide instructions and the correct address for the return.
For returns of non-defective products, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
A personal preference regarding the colour, wash, style, brand not expressly guaranteed, or combination received does not, in itself, mean that the product is defective.
How long does shipping take?
Order preparation normally takes 24β48 hours. Each Outfit Box is selected and checked individually before shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier.
Are the items authentic?
Yes. All items included in Retro Crew Outfit Boxes are selected and checked by hand by our team.
We check brands, labels, details and product characteristics before adding each item to a box.
What condition are the items in?
We mainly select Grade A vintage items, the highest standard in our second-hand selection.
Every item is checked before shipping. As these are authentic vintage pieces, they may show normal signs of age and use, such as slight colour variations, fading or minor marks.
When consistent with the second-hand nature and stated condition of the item, these characteristics do not automatically constitute a defect.
