Each garment is checked individually to assess its quality, condition and suitability for the selection.

PREPARATION
The garments are cleaned, folded, packed and carefully prepared before being handed over to the courier.

Orders are normally prepared and handed over to the courier within 24 business hours of purchase confirmation.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive shipping information by email, including a tracking number when available.
You can then follow your shipment until it reaches your address, the selected locker or collection point.
