RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want every piece in our archive to perfectly match your style. Our return policy is structured as follows to ensure maximum transparency:

RETURN CASES

1. NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCT:
We accept returns if the product received does not conform to the photographs or description in the product data sheet. In this specific case, the return shipping costs will be covered entirely by Retro Crew Company, and we will send you a shipping label.

2. SIZE CHANGE:
We accept returns for size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. In this case, we can exchange the item but not issue a refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility .

MANDATORY CONDITIONS

  • The item must be in its original condition when sent.
  • The product must not have been washed or altered.

RETURN FILING PROCEDURE

1. Send a communication to assistenza@retrocrew.it indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
2. In case of non-compliance, attach photos showing the discrepancy with the advertisement.
3. Once approved, prepare the package using the original packaging.
